General comments
Herhaling peroperatief:
1. Algemeen: extra gift intraoperatief bij meer dan 1 liter bloedverlies
2. Specifiek: extra gift indien de operatieduur langer is dan
- cefazoline: >4 uur
- clindamycine: >6 uur
- bij vancomycine postoperatief dosering herhalen 12 uur na eerste gift
Postoperatief:
Toediening tot maximaal 24 uur postoperatief.
De eerste gift op de IC: 8 uren na de laatste gift op de operatie kamer (zie de digitale anesthesie lijst)
