General comments
Definitie Nosocomial of Hospital-aquired pneumonie (HAP) =
pneumonie die ontstaan is ten minste 48 uur na opname in het ziekenhuis en waarbij er geen aanwijzingen zijn dat dit bij opname al speelde.
Bij empirische antibiotische keuze rekening houden met kolonisatie/ kweken. Antibiotica aanpassen/stroomlijnen op basis van de nieuwe kweekuitslagen.
Behandelduur: 5-14 dagen
Opgenomen op IC: Ventilator geassocieerde pneumonie (VAP): pneumonie ontstaan ≥48 u na start van mechanische beademing.
Bij aspiratie: In principe geen antibiotische behandeling.

Tobramycine inlooptijd 30 minuten
